Demoscopy revealed:
- an eccentric hyperpigmentation
- an atypical reticular network
- pseudopods
Pathology revealed a superficial spreading melanoma with Breslow index at 0.25 mm




A 60-year-old man presented a nodular pigmented tumor on his chest. Dermoscopy revealed a pigment network at the periphery with many pseudopods (white circle), irregular dots and globules at 6 o'clock and 3 o'clock, and a blue white veil.
