A 74-year-old woman consulted for an enlarging pigmented lesion on her left leg. Dermoscopy revealed an asymmetric homogeneous and reticular pattern with a dark broadened network.The lesion was excised and pathology revealed a superficial spreading melanoma, Breslow thickness 0.35mm.
