Sclerodermiform basal cell carcinoma

A 45-year-old woman consulted for this whitish hard lesion at the tip of her nose. Clinically the lesion was in favor of a basal cell carcinoma sclerodermiform type.
Dermoscopy revealed a whitish homogenous pattern, few vessels (red lines) non typical of a BCC and an ulceration (arrow).
Dermoscopy was not very contributive to the diagnosis of BCC in this sclerodermifom type.
