A 73-year-old man consulted for a pigmented lesion on his right forearm. This lesion was not symmetrical and been recently discovered by patient.
Dermoscopy revealed:
- an asymmetrical pigmentation
- a disorganised and atypical reticular network
- an homogeneous area
