Hairpin vessels
A 67-year-old man presented a pruritic lesion on his right leg. The main clinical diagnosis was a seborrheic keratosis. Dermoscopy revealed numerous hairpin vessels (red circle) and hyperkeratinized areas (black circle) confirming the diagnosis of seborrheic keratosis.
