Agminated nevus

This 38-year-old patient presented a typical agminated melanocytic nevus on her back. A simple follow-up was proposed.

An agminated nevus consists of clustered nevi of the same kind in a localized area of the skin.
Agminated nevi are rare lesions. They are usually brown to red macules or papules in different sizes. Different kind of agminated lesions have been described in the literature: blue nevi, congenital melanocytic nevi, multiple lentigines, and lesions within nevi spili.
