Basal cell carcinoma

A 69-year-old patient presented a pigmented tumor on his right temporal area.
Dermoscopy revealed blue ovoid nests in favour of a basal cell carcinoma.
The lesion was removed and pathology confirmed the dermoscopic diagnosis.
