Basal cell carcinoma

A 72-year-old woman consulted for this nodular lesion on her nose.
The lesion was clinically suggestive of a basal cell carcinoma.













Dermoscopy confirmed easily the clinical diagnosis showing arborizing vesels and multiple blue-gray globules
