Dermoscopy revealed a targetoid lesion:

• a central globular pattern (black arrow) in favor of a melanocytic nevus
• a peripheral ecchymotic halo (red arrow)
• a central hemorrhagic crust (yellow arrow)

This lesion was a hemosiderotic targetoid nevus.
